Overnight, on 6 April, russians shelled Kharkiv residential quarters 27 times, according to Oleg Synegubov’s Telegram channel.
As of now, active combat is ongoing near Izyum. Russians attempted to break through, but failed and instead suffered heavy losses.
"We are evacuating residents from the Izyum area, we advise you to follow the reports of local administrations and, if possible, move towards the evacuation destinations," the statement says.
Residents of the Kharkiv region are urged to withhold from approaching or touching any shells that did not explode. “Do not try to carry them, eliminate them by yourself, etc. As soon as you see the ammunition - call 101. Also, please do not ignore the air raid sirens and immediately run to hide in shelter. The threat of shelling continues", - the statement says.
On 4 April, russians killed 6 civilians and wounded 8 people in the Kharkiv region.
