During the past 24 hours, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service (SES) detected, extracted, and destroyed 3,095 explosive devices from 152.77 hectares. Most sessions took place in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Kyiv, and Sumy regions, the SES of Ukraine reported.
“Since the beginning of the large-scale military invasion of the russian federation in Ukraine, 30,903 explosive devices and 417 kg of explosives, including 1,366 aircraft bombs, have been neutralized. The area of 5,704 hectares has been inspected,” mentioned in the statement.

As reported earlier, during the withdrawal of enemy troops, they mined houses, cars, and even bodies of the killed Ukrainians. In addition, unexploded ordnance remains on the terrain. It is dangerous to return to the de-occupied territories before the due notification from the local authorities – pyrotechnicians must first check these territories.
