The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, stated this during the telemarathon.
"Earlier, it was said that the russians could plot a chemical attack against the Armed Forces and some of our cities - he said. - We have conducted the necessary work and trained the medical staff. Now the hospitals and the defense forces have plenty of antidotes."

According to volunteers from InformNapalm, the russians can use sarin (a poisonous substance of neuro-paralytic action) in those cities where they can not break through the defense.
