Over 80% of the personnel of certain units, which were engaged in the war in Ukraine, do not want to take part in further military actions. At the same time, the commanders of the military units of the occupants banned the servicemen with the ongoing contract to resign before – as they call it – the “special operation” comes to an end.

There is information that the occupational authorities on the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region were given the instructions by their russian curators that the people who left the ORDO for the rf in January-February 2022 have to return. According to the instructions of the local administrations, these persons have to come back to their settlements/places of residence after two months of stay on the territory of the rf. This information comes from the consolidated information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In general, russian occupants continue destroying civil infrastructure by missile attacks and artillery shelling of railway hubs and communications, stations, residential blocks, and places of the evacuation of the civil population from the areas of military actions.

Situation by the directions:

russia continues accumulating its troops in the Donetsk and Tavriia directions and does not refuse the attempts of advances towards Severodonetsk and Popasna.

The enemy had battles in the direction of Pivdennyy Bug near Oleksandrivka. They made an attempt to use the fire effect to hit units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but failed.

In Slobozhanshchina direction, the enemy continues blockade of the city of Kharkiv, shells residential quarters by artillery, among other, by multiple-launch rocket systems, and large-caliber mortars,” – stated the General Staff.

The occupants retreated fully from the Sumy region to the territory of russia.

“The enemy continues violating the norms of the International humanitarian law on the temporarily occupied territories, committing unlawful actions towards civil population, namely: robbery from houses, stealing of vehicles, and arrest of the citizens of Ukraine,” was added in the General Staff.

The defense forces of Ukraine resist successfully the attacks of the enemy in all directions, cause combat losses to the enemy, and are ready for any changes in the operational environment.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine says that the main effort of the russian commandment is focused on the formation of the offensive grouping in the Eastern operational zone. The purpose of the offensive is to establish full control over the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
