Zelenskyy: some countries rhetoric regarding the weapons supply to Ukraine has "warmed up"

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the rhetoric of some countries on military aid has changed for the better.

Zelenskyy stated this during a meeting with journalists, Lb.ua reports.

According to Zelenskyy, the United States, Great Britain, Poland and a number of other countries are the most active in supplying weapons to Ukraine.

According to the President, the rhetoric of some countries regarding the supply of weapons to Ukraine has recently "warmed up", but he said that "we still get few weapons."

"Between the time when some countries made the decision to supply us with a weapon, and when it actually arrives in our country, 2-3 weeks pass," Zelenskyy stressed.

German Justice Minister Marco Buschmann notes that, under international law, the supply of heavy weapons to Ukraine will not mean entering the war against Russia.

On April 16, the russian Foreign Ministry confirmed media reports that a note had been sent to the United States on arms supplies to Ukraine.
