This was reported by the Command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Specifically, one plane, one helicopter, five unmanned aerial vehicles and six cruise missiles were shot down.
"Air Force aircraft - Su-25 attack aircraft and Su-24m bombers, under cover of fighter aircraft, provided fire support to Ukrainian troops in several strategic areas, inflicting heavy missile and bomb strikes on the russian occupiers," the statement said.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed about 20,100 personnel of the russian army, 762 tanks, 163 planes and 145 enemy helicopters.
