The Head of the State Agency for Tourism Development Mariana Oleskiv advocates for a legislative ban on Ukrainian tour operators to conduct activities in russia and belarus.
Oleskiv said this in an interview, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
"Now the agency, together with the competent authorities, compiles a list of tour operators who cooperate with the russians or have final beneficiaries in the aggressor country. We are preparing a number of proposals for sanctions that will be applied to such players of the tourist market,"- said Oleskiv.
She noted that from a moral standpoint, it is generally unacceptable for Ukrainians to conduct any business with the russian federation after this war.
"We have to legislatively regulate the ban on Ukrainian tour operators to conduct activities in russia and belarus," - the Head of the State Agency for Tourism Developmen stressed.
Commenting on such legislative restrictions in the tourism sector, Oleskiv said that she did not know how much time should pass and how many generations must grow so that Ukrainians could talk about cooperation with the russians.
"As for Belarus, which does not seem to be at war with us, but our cities and villages are shelling from its territory, until there is a change of power, there can be no language about any cooperation," - she added.
Earlier, Turkey has created a company that will transport russians to Turkish resorts.
