Russia's Defense Ministry, in response to a British statement that Ukraine has every right to strike with Western weapons at targets on russian territory, has threatened to strike at "decision-making centers in Kyiv" where, as russian military officials say, are British advisers.
This was reported by the BBC.
On April 26, British Parliamentary Under- Secretary of State for the Armed Forces James Heappey said that Ukraine had a legal right to hit on ways of military supply in the russian territory, and noted at the same time that some weapons received from Western countries have long-range capabilities.
"We would like to emphasize that London's direct provocation of the Kyiv regime to such actions, in the event of an attempt to implement them, will immediately lead to our proportional response. As we have warned, the russian armed forces are ready around the clock to launch appropriate strikes with high-precision long-range weapons at decision-making centers in Kyiv," - the Ministry of Defense of Russia answered it [quote from RIA Novosti].
The ministry added that "advisers from among the subjects of one of the Western countries who are in the Ukrainian decision-making centers in Kyiv will not necessarily be a problem" in the event of such strikes.
Russia also has threatened to strike at Ukraine's "decision-making centers" in the past. Whether there are actually foreign advisers in these "centers" - there is no reliable information about this.
