The so-called Ministry of the Internal Affairs of the separatist Moldovan region of Transnistria has accused Ukraine of shelling the village with the ammunition warehouses, Reuters reports.

The “ministry” has also said that they allegedly found UAVs “launched from Ukraine’s territory.”

In recent weeks, russia has been actively trying to involve Transnistria in russia's war against Ukraine. On April 22, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Central Military District of the russian Federation, Major General Rustam Minnekaiev, announced plans for the region. He said that the russian army has the task of "establishing full control over Donbas and southern Ukraine." After that, the occupiers must establish the corridor to the unrecognized Transnistrian "republic," where "there are facts of oppression of the russian-speaking population."

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the russian Federal Security Service will continue a series of provocative terrorist attacks in Transnistria. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned that Transnistrian security forces could carry out sabotage in Ukraine. However, there were no signs of preparation of Transnistrian armed forces for the fighting against Ukraine.

On the evening of April 23, Transnistria, the separatist region of Moldova, reported the shelling of the building of its "Ministry of State Security." They said that no one was injured.

However, on April 26, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that russian troops in Transnistria had been put on full alert.

On the same day, two communication towers were blown up in Transnistria.

In addition, according to Ukrainian intelligence, russia is preparing a missile strike on Transnistria with civilian casualties. Ukraine has nothing to do with the provocation.
