The Russians hit the Popasna Vodokanal [water supply service], leaving 1 million people without water supply, including on the occupied territories.

Serhiy Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, wrote about this on the Telegram.

"Ruscists damaged a substation and open-air switchgear with transformers at one of the filter stations. Most likely, they also damaged the equipment on the substation. Water supply has been indefinitely suspended in Popasna, Zolote, Hirske, Pervomaysk, Kadievka, Alchevsk, Khrustalny, Anthratsyt, and in the villages of Toshkivka, Chekhirove, Loskutivka, Pidlisne, Vovcheyarivka, Madoryazantseve, Lysychansk (total about 1 million people)," Haidai wrote.

According to him, the restoration of water supply will be possible only after the cessation of hostilities.

Also, from shelling by russians in Lysychansk of the Luhansk region, the destruction of critical infrastructure occurred, namely cut off of 200kW power lines. Therefore, there is no electricity in Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk.

A recent airstrike on a school in Bilogorivka of the Luhansk region, according to preliminary data, killed 60 people.
