In particular, Zelenskyy is scheduled to address the participants of the Davos Forum on May 23.

"This year's conference will be especially important for our country. The post-war reconstruction will be discussed. We are doing everything possible to gather the world's support, and participation in the Davos Forum is one of the best opportunities for that," he said.

Zelenskyy stressed that negotiations are underway to save people from Mariupol, from the Azovstal plant.

"We expect the United States to make important decisions for our country. A new significant package of support and a detailed processing of the renewed historical program of the Lend-Lease," the President added.

Zelenskyy also stressed that Ukraine's defenders are preparing for new attempts by russia to attack Donbass and southern Ukraine.

“The occupiers are still reluctant to admit that they are in a dead end and that their so-called "special operation" has already gone bankrupt. But the moment will surely come when the Ukrainian people will press the invaders until their full recognition of reality. No matter how "creative" they are in Kherson and Melitopol, no matter how they portray their alleged "power" in the occupied areas of the Azov and Donbass, their stay there is still temporary. There will still be the Ukrainian flag, Ukrainian law, Ukrainian life," the President said.

"Today's russian missile strikes on Lviv region, shelling of Huliaipole, Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, cities and communities of Donetsk region - all this brutality of the occupiers that Ukraine is experiencing every day, will only lead to the fact that russian soldiers who survive will bring this evil back. This is how all the feverish activity of the russian military we see now will end. And I am grateful to all the Ukrainians who are approaching this time. Eternal glory to all who defend the state! Eternal memory to everyone who gave his or her life for Ukraine!", - added Zelenskyy.

On May 13, the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk stated that the speeches of the heads of parliaments, governments of Europe and the world will be continued. He also announced another speech by a foreign politician next week.
