Almost 96,000 deported Mariupol residents are kept in special camps in Russia. British intelligence has already counted 66 such camps.

This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko on Telegram.

«All (camps – ed.) are predominantly in the far East. When we started talking about it, almost no one believed. Now the whole world sees the truth about inhumanity. Sad, but the victory of the Mariupol information front. 21st century. Deportation. Camps. Siberia. Russia has not changed its attitude towards Ukrainians for centuries», Andryushchenko stressed.

150-170 thousand Mariupol residents remain hostages of the russian occupation authorities, having no chance to escape to Ukraine.

In Mariupol more than 10,000 people may die from disease and shortage of water, medicine and food. At least 20,000 citizens have died since the beginning of the russian occupation.
