At night on May 17, russian troops damaged the infrastructure of the regional branch of the Lviv Railway in the Yavoriv district with a missile strike.
The railroad was damaged. There is no information about the injured or dead, said the head of the Lviv RMA Maksym Kozytsky.
"Preliminarily, missiles were coming from the east. Also Air Defense units of the Air Command "West" shot down three cruise missiles! Thank you very much for your work on behalf of all residents of Lviv region," he wrote.
The explosions in the Lviv region began after midnight. They were heard in the region, near the border with Poland, and therefore with NATO and the EU, as well as in the regional center. Earlier the enemy struck Lviv on May 15. The missiles hit a military infrastructure facility.
