Burials of russian soldiers were found in the Zolochiv district of the Kharkiv region.
This was announced on the Facebook page by the head of the Investigative Department of the Kharkiv Region Police Serhiy Bolvinov.
Police received reports of the graves found. There were no signs on them, only homemade crosses.
"We had to dig these graves to identify people and transfer them in accordance with international procedures. The russians are not interested in taking away the dead. A total of 6 corpses were found in russian Armed Forces uniforms, one of them - Lieutenant Colonel V.S. Gerasimov," Bolvinov said.
It turned out that the bodies of the occupiers were buried by locals, because it is "in orthodox way".
As of May 21, the russian occupiers had already lost 28,850 men, 1,278 tanks, 3,116 armored combat vehicles, and 201 MLRS installations during the war against Ukraine.
