There is no mobile connection and internet in Kherson region for almost 24 hours.
The Kherson Regional State Administration informed about this.
"We are aware of the feelings of people who have not been able to call their relatives for almost 24 hours to make sure that they are all right. The occupiers are cynically trying to attribute the sole responsibility for the lack of communication to the Ukrainian authorities. For example, they even use loudspeakers for it in Kherson. This is not true. Now Ukraine is doing its best to reestablish mobile communication and the internet in the Kherson region," the Administration informs.
The occupiers are also selling SIM cards of Russian mobile operators in the city. To purchase them, you need to provide your passport details.
"We urge you not to do this and not to provide your personal data to the occupiers. After all, the connection of Ukrainian operators in the Kherson region will be reestablished," the Regional Military Administration said.
To remind, according to mass media, the Russian invaders plan to hold a pseudo-referendum on the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region in 2023.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, resistance in Kherson could destroy the Kremlin's plans for a referendum and the creation of a "people's republic."
