The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that the Ukrainian defenders are inflicting losses on russian occupiers in all the directions where the hostilities are ongoing.

Russia, using barrel and rocket artillery, is trying to overcome our forces’ resistance and gain full control over Sievierodonetsk.

In the Volyn, Polissya, and Siverskyy directions there were no significant changes. On the operational situation in other directions – in our news story.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyy in his conversation with the US chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley mentioned that, as of today, the width of the front reaches 2 450 kilometers, and active hostilities are ongoing at 1 105 kilometers.

The enemy concentrated its main efforts in the northern part of the Luhansk region. Russians massively use artillery and, unfortunately, have a tenfold advantage in firepower. However, despite everything, our defenders keep holding their positions.

Commander-in-Chief of the UAF called on the US in the shortest terms possible to help Ukraine to receive more artillery systems of 155mm caliber.

The Regional Military Administration head Serhiy Haidai reported that a six-year-old shield was killed by russian shellings in Lysychansk, and in Sievierodonetsk, the occupiers destroyed two bridges, and the third one was under fire.

Haidai also reported our troops’ accurate shelling of a command post that Chechenian militants set up in Rubizhne.

"As for our special forces and artillery troops – yes, such work is being done. We have three facts about their well-coordinated work. It's destroying Wagner's mercenaries’ base in Stakhaniv. Only one survived there. It's destroying a command post of Chechenians in Rubizhne – we are currently clarifying the enemy losses. And also eliminating a certain number of russian troops who tried to hold a council in the Chemists House," – the head of the Luhansk region mentioned.

Russian occupiers shelled two districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region – the Synelnykove and Kryvyy Rih districts.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA Valentyn Reznichenko, in the Pokrovsk community, a woman was killed. A house was destroyed. In the Zelenodolsk community, one of the city parks which was hit by "Uragan" [multiple rocket launcher – tr.] caught on fire.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy became the laureate of the Boris Nemtsov award.

In his video address, Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on the Western countries to provide Ukraine with modern air defence systems.

"There are already 2606 positive answers to this question in the form of russian missiles," – he stressed. This is how many russian cruise missiles have struck Ukraine since 24 February.

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine visited the Kyiv region.

The Kyiv RMA head Oleksiy Kuleba recalled that more than 1300 civilians killed by russian troops were found in the Kyiv region and the number keeps growing while the area is being cleared of debris.

10 TALON sapper robots are to arrive in Ukraine. They had already worked in Ukraine before the war started, there were 12 of them.

According to the First Deputy Chief of the Patrol Police Department Oleksiy Biloshytskyy, TALON is a sapper robot that not only locates the "presents" but also neutralizes them as well as can drag loads up to 680kg.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, the Security Service of Ukraine blocked a "Your relative is a POW!" fraudulent scheme that turned out to be organized by a man from Mariupol.

The criminals called the relatives and loved ones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters and offered their "help" to allegedly free them from captivity. For their "services" they demanded up to 200 thousand hryvnias and, of course, disappeared as soon as they got money.

Kherson citizens ignored the "day of russia" celebration that the occupational authorities organized.

At the same time, the russian collaborationists spread fake information about lines to get the russian federation's passports in Kherson allegedly reaching 4 thousand people.

"In reality, only more than 20 minions of the occupational authorities received the so-called "tickets to flee"," – the Operational Command South reported.

One more fake spread by the invaders is about an alleged mobilization of women to the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

China's Minister of Defence Wei Fenghe stated on Sunday that Beijing never provided weapons to russia in its war against Ukraine, as cited by The Washington Post.

"Let me make clear, in terms of the Ukraine question, China has never provided any material support to Russia," – Wei said answering the question on China's increasingly tight relations with Moscow.
