The Ukrainian army has carried out another strike on russian positions in occupied Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Region, hitting the area of an asphalt plant near the ring road, Khersion regional councilor Serhiy Khlan has said.
"There are many industrial enterprises in Nova Kakhovka. Hence there are many warehouses. Russians are storing their ammunition there in the hope that it will be safe," he explained.
He also noted that the Ukrainian army hit a hangar with russian fuel trucks in an industrial zone of Beryslav, having killed over 100 russians.
On the morning of 18 July, the Ukrainian army also destroyed a russian ammunition stock at the Chayka sanatorium in Lazurne.
