The spokesman for the Odesa regional military administration, Serhiy Bratchuk, has said that the car of Berdyansk collaborator Oleksandr Kolesnikov was blown up by partisans.
He is the so-called deputy head of the local traffic police, Bratchuk said on Telegram.
"According to preliminary data, a gauleiter from the local traffic police, Oleksandr Kolesnikov (deputy chief), has been injured. He has been hospitalised with shrapnel wounds," he said.
The Kremlin media wrote that the explosion took place near the Kryvyy Rih Miner health centre in Berdyansk.
The car of the Russian-appointed "traffic police chief" in Luhansk Region was blown up this month. Mariupol collaborator Ivashchenko's car was also blown up.
