Russians are conducting "filtration measures" in Kherson Region this morning, the speaker for the Odesa regional military administration, Serhiy Bratchuk, has said on Telegram.
"The occupiers are conducting so-called filtration measures in Kherson Region this morning. In this way, according to the Resistance Movement South, they are trying to intimidate local residents and force them to give up their relatives and loved ones - participants in the partisan movement," he said.
Bratchuk added that "the NKVD methodology in Russia has not changed".
