The Russian occupying troops shelled Kharkiv again, mayor Ihor Terekhov has said on Telegram.
"Another shelling of Kharkiv. Nemyshlyanskyy district is under fire. Tentatively, a strike at a densely populated neighbourhood. There is no military infrastructure in the area," he said.
Information on casualties and damage is being checked.
The previous shelling attack targeting Kharkiv's Kyivskyy and Osnovyanskyy districts happened at around 1 p.m. One person was killed and six wounded.
The night shelling of Kharkiv's Novobovarskyy district left one person killed and two wounded.
The Prosecutor-General's Office opened a case over the violation of laws and customs of war.
Russia is believed to have shelled the city with Uragan multiple rocket launchers. Prosecutors and police collected pieces of shells to be used as evidence.
