An employment project developed with the support of the USA and Germany will start functioning for Mariupol residents soon, Mariupol City Council says.
For this, a network of current Ukrainian vacancies has been formed, which will be available to residents of the temporarily occupied city living in different regions of Ukraine.
"It is important for us to integrate Mariupol residents into the communities where they live. The key to this is employment. Together with our partners from Germany and the United States, we have formed a project through which Mariupol residents will be able to see all available vacancies in each region," said Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boychenko.
According to him, it is planned that HR-specialists will work at the YaMariupol centres, who will be able to guide job seekers and, if necessary, help with training.
Earlier, Boychenko reported that about 70-120 residents of Mariupol per day could be evacuated from the city to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
In July, almost 100,000 Mariupol residents used the services of YaMariupol centres.
