The armed forces keep under fire control almost the entire occupied territory of Kherson, Natalia Humeniuk, the spokeswoman for the South Operational Command, said on a telethon.
According to her, the UAF are advancing and pushing back the occupiers, demoralizing the enemy.
"Their state has been undermined by the successes of our troops in Kharkiv Region, they exchange the news. And by what they are experiencing now, the fire control that we provide over almost the entire occupied Kherson Region," the OC spokeswoman said.
In the occupied Kherson and some areas of the region, electricity has disappeared. Locals say that the electricity is switched off every other day for one to two hours.
