Russian aviation was planning to launch a missile attack on Odesa Region, the spokesman for the Odesa regional military administration, Serhiy Bratchuk, has said.
"With its preventive actions, air defence prevented enemy aviation from carrying out a missile strike at the region," he said.
Earlier today, Russia targeted Kryvyy Rih with a missile attack, hitting hydrotechnical facilities.
