In Kharkiv Region, border guards found and released five teenagers who had been locked in a basement by the russian military, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine says on Telegram.

"As it turned out, four girls and a boy had been in the basement for seven days already, they said that the occupiers carried out filtration measures with them, after which they closed them in the basement," the message said.

The teenagers are now safe. The name of the locality where the russians captured the minors has not been reported.

According to the city council of Izyum, which was recently liberated by Ukrainian defenders, the occupiers had killed at least 1,000 civilians.
