Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyy has said Russia had fired 75 missiles at Ukraine as of 11 a.m. local time.
Forty-one of them were downed by Ukraine's air defence.
"The terrorist state, the Russian Federation, is conducting massive missile and air strikes on the territory of Ukraine and using attack UAVs. The Armed Forces are doing everything possible to protect citizens. However, the enemy attack continues. I urge everyone to take shelter!" the General Staff quoted him as saying on Facebook.
