In the Pivdennyy Buh areas, Russian troops continue to mine areas along the coastline of the Dnipro River, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in its evening update.

Russians are trying to restore the damaged pontoon-bridge crossings and conduct reconnaissance - up to 55 flights of various types of UAVs were recorded.

The invaders also fired at more than 30 settlements in this area.

In total, during this day, Russia launched three missile and 11 air strikes, carried out more than 25 attacks from multiple rocket launchers.

The areas of 25 settlements were hit by enemy attacks. Among them are Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Bakhmutske and Vuhledar in Donetsk Region and Nova Kamyanka in Kherson Region.

The aviation of the Defence Forces conducted 15 strikes during the day. The destruction of 12 clusters of weapons and military equipment, two strongholds, as well as the position of the enemy's anti-aircraft missile system was confirmed. Air defence units shot down a UAV.

Missile troops and artillery struck a Russian command post, eight clusters of manpower, weapons and military equipment, an ammunition depot and other important military facilities.
