President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Kherson, liberated from the Russian occupiers, Reuters reported.
"We are moving forward. We are ready for peace, peace for all our country," he addressed the troops.
He also thanked NATO and other allies for their support in the war against Russia.
At 12:23 the visit of the President to Kherson was confirmed by the Head of the Presidential Administration Andriy Yermak.
Kherson was occupied by Russians since 2 March 2022.
Presently, the National Police has already started working in Kherson, and the checkpoints have been set up in the city and around it. Also, the Regional Military Administration management is back in the city.
