Due to the scale of destruction of the energy infrastructure in Odesa, all consumers except critical infrastructure are disconnected from electricity, the DTEK energy company has said on Telegram.
"At night, another Russian attack on energy infrastructure facilities in Odesa Region took place. Several facilities were destroyed at once. The military, rescuers, and emergency teams of power engineers arrived at the scene. The restoration of the destroyed facilities will begin as soon as the military permits it," it said.
According to the company, the situation with electricity supply in the region and the city of Odesa is difficult. There are also emergency power cuts in the settlements of the region.
On Saturday night, an attack by Russia's Iranian kamikaze drones on Odesa Region caused significant damage to energy infrastructure facilities. Ukraine's Air Command South shot down 10 kamikaze drones over Kherson, Mykolayiv and Odesa regions.
