Ukraine will no longer have to cut power supply, and all types of generators are in operation in the energy system, Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko has said, according to TSN.
"Generation fully covers electricity consumption. Today, the daylight hours are longer, the weather is warmer, and the level of electricity consumption is decreasing. Therefore, we are confident that we will continue to live without restrictions, unless there is very significant damage to the energy system," he pointed out.
On 27 February, a high-voltage line shut down in emergency in Odesa Region, leaving almost all of Odesa temporarily without power.
As of the morning of 27 February, there is no capacity shortage in Ukraine's power system, and electricity imports are approaching zero.
