On the morning of 28 February, Russians shelled Kherson once again, said the Head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak.
"Russians shelled Kherson again. The shelling destroyed a private residential building. There is a wounded civilian," Yermak wrote.
According to him, there is also information about one dead person.
Throughout Monday, 27 February, Russia fired at Kherson Region 119 times. Two civilians were wounded.
