Active hostilities will continue in all frontline areas over the next three months, the chief of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, has said in an interview with the Voice of America.
"They will be quite active. Very active, which will determine the further course of events. These are active hostilities. This is how they will be. Both on their part (Russians - ed.) and on our part," Budanov said.
According to him, this concerns not only Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Budanov also said that Russia is reducing the number of missiles it uses in its attacks on Ukraine due to a decrease in its stockpile. He added that, in his opinion, China would not agree to transfer arms to Russia.
According to the General Staff, the enemy is focusing its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Shakhtarsk directions.
