Russian troops are moving away from left-bank Kherson Region toward Crimea and are bringing in a reserve of conscripts from Russia's Chelyabinsk Region of Russia, Natalya Humenyuk, head of the Joint Press Centre of the Defence Forces South has said on the air of the telethon.

"As for the left-bank of Kherson Region, yes, they are trying to edge closer to Crimea, hoping it will be warmer there, but we can guarantee that it will be hot for them there. They have now brought in a reserve of conscripts from Chelyabinsk Region to build additional defences. For now, they are digging in," she said.

According to her, the Russians resort to various tactics, so the Defence Forces are considering all options to damage the Russians' logistics and weaken them.
