On the night of 28 February, the enemy hit a unit of the State Emergency Service in Svyatohirsk, Donetsk Region, reports Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration (RMA).
"At night, the Russians shelled Svyatohirsk, hitting a unit of the State Emergency Service - according to preliminary information, 1 rescuer was killed, and 4 others were wounded," the head of the RMA wrote.
He pointed out that this is a deliberate and cynical attack not on the military but on those who help civilians survive even in times of active hostilities.
Yesterday, the Russians also shelled Kurakhivka in Donetsk Region, one person was reported dead.
