President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had his first conversation with new President of Switzerland Alain Berset.
Zelenskyy said on social networks that he thanked Berset for financial assistance in the amount of 114 million Swiss francs.
The two presidents also discussed joint projects of both countries' interest and practical issues related to the implementation of the peace formula.
The Swiss government recently asked parliament to approve the allocation of 140 million francs ($151 million) in humanitarian aid to Ukraine and Moldova.
The state also decided to start the procedure of confiscating the assets of the entourage of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
