Russian Su-24 aircraft fired four anti-radar missiles, presumably X-31P, towards the coast in Odesa Region.
Air defence destroyed them, but there was damage from the blast wave, Odesa Regional Military Administration spokesman Serhiy Bratchuk said on Telegram.
"The missiles were destroyed over the sea, but the debris and blast wave damaged a kindergarten on the coast and several nearby detached houses. There are no casualties," he wrote.
The last attack on Odesa Region took place on the night of 9 March, when the enemy launched a massive aerial bombardment. The Russians damaged several power lines and a pole.
