Ukrainian defenders repelled the attacks of the Russian forces near the settlements of Klishchivka and Ivanivske, near Bakhmut, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said.
The Nazis do not abandon their attempts to capture Bakhmut, where constant positional battles are ongoing, the command added.
According to the General Staff, Russia carried out 19 air strikes and fired 26 times from multiple launch rocket systems during the day.
Meanwhile, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defence Forces carried out six strikes on the clusters of Russian personnel and military equipment.
