On 29 March, Police Major Yaroslav Kurbakov was appointed as the new head of the Kyiv patrol police department.
"I present to you Yaroslav Kurbakov as the head of the Kyiv patrol police. He has his own skills and approaches to work, abilities and talent for managing personnel. During this time, he has proved to be a true professional, a specialist who is ready to take responsibility, make the right decision and, most importantly, listen and help everyone who needs it. You are really in good hands," said Oleksiy Biloshytskyy, first deputy head of the patrol police department of Ukraine.
From March 2020 until now, Kurbakov was the deputy head of the department - head of the department of duty service.
Kurbakov began his service in 2015 and rose from inspector to head of the department.
