Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Malyar has commented on the ratio of Ukraine's and Russia's losses in the war.
"One of the main tasks of a warring party is to destroy the enemy's physical strength. But the enemy's losses are many times greater. This is despite the fact that they have an advantage in terms of personnel and weapons. Their losses were also higher in 2014-2015, but now the ratio has almost doubled in our favour," she said on Telegram.
Malyar noted that "we have days in the east when the ratio of killed reaches 1 to 10".
"It is not every day, of course, and the average ratio is lower, but still, it is still a lot," she added.
As of today, Russia's personnel losses amounted to about 172,340.
