In the latest video address, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukrainian defenders would get more weapons and more foreign delegations would visit Ukraine.

"We have already started preparing for this and the coming weeks. We are expecting new meetings and negotiations, but mostly visits to us, to our country. There will be more weapons for our soldiers. Every week we add essence for Ukraine from the summit in Vilnius. We are doing everything to make the decision at the summit work for us," he said.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine is also preparing for several interim security events in the neighbouring countries, "those that support us the most". "There will be new appeals for the sake of the world's understanding of Ukraine, for the sake of strengthening our ties with our partners," the president added.

He highlighted amendments to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly declaration on the condemnation of racism.

"Things are called by their proper names: a clear recognition of Russia's crimes against our state as genocide, a clear condemnation of racist ideology. This is the right basis for our international organisations," the President added.

"This is our intensive foreign policy, various non-standard formats, maximum useful attention of the world to Ukraine, to our defence - we will continue all this. More and more results for Ukraine - air defence, artillery, armoured vehicles, shells, training - all this is mandatory," Zelenskyy said.

As reported earlier, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly voted to include a provision condemning racism in the text of the declaration.

The day before, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he was confident that Ukraine would receive combat aircraft from partner countries. According to Yuriy Ihnat, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force Command, the Ukrainian military may receive several dozen F-16 fighters in the future.
