Russian troops shelled Kharkiv again, the head of the regional state administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said.

He urged residents to stay in shelters.

"Attention! Residents of Kharkiv and the region, the occupiers are striking again! Do not ignore the alarms. Stay in shelters!" he wrote on Telegram.

Synyehubov also said that Russia launched another missile attack on the village of Tsyrkuny, Kharkiv District. One of the missiles, preliminarily an S-300, hit the ground, and another damaged a private house.

"Unfortunately, a civilian man was injured. Doctors are currently providing him with medical assistance. Emergency services are working at the scene. The information is being clarified," he added.

Earlier today it was also reported that three people were wounded in the shelling of Kupyansk in Kharkiv Region.
