Ukraine has recovered the bodies of 62 fallen soldiers from Russian-occupied territories, the Reintegration Ministry has said.
It noted that four of them died in captivity because of wounds, illnesses and improper medical care.
In addition to the Reintegration Ministry, the repatriation of the bodies involved the ombudsman for missing persons, the Joint Centre under the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the Civil-Military Cooperation Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other uniformed agencies and international organisations.
After identification, the bodies will be handed over to families for burial.
