Twenty-two Ukrainian soldiers liberated from Russian captivity

All of them are servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces who defended Ukraine in various directions.

On 7 August, another 22 Ukrainian defenders were returned from Russian captivity. These are servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces who defended Ukraine in various directions.

Among them are two officers, private and non-commissioned officers, announces the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.

"They took part in battles in different directions, among those liberated are wounded," he said.

The oldest of our soldiers turned 54, the youngest is 23.

Yermak assured that all those soldiers will undergo a course of physical and psychological rehabilitation, reintegration and will receive the necessary treatment with the support of medical specialists.

On 6 July, 47 Ukrainian soldiers returned from Russian captivity, particularly two officers, 41 privates and sergeants, a civilian employee of Azovstal and a territorial defence serviceman from Kherson.
