In the morning, the Russian army dropped a guided air bomb on Orikhiv, Zaporizhzhya Region.
A police captain was killed. Another 12 people were wounded, four of them were law-enforcement officers, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said on Telegram.
"Police doctors and paramedics are now fighting for the lives of the wounded. Several people are in serious condition," he said.
Last night, three attack drones were shot down over Zaporizhzhya Region. In total, Russia launched five Shahed attack drones.
