One of the industrial enterprises was hit in Lutsk, wrote in Telegram the head of the Volyn Military Administration Yuriy Pohulyajko.
"I am at the site of the incident. Unfortunately, we have victims. As for now, there are three killed. Several more victims are in the hospital. Our condolences to the relatives and friends. More information later," Pohulyajko wrote.
As the mayor of Lutsk Ihor Polishchuk wrote in Telegram, the Russians hit one of the enterprises.
