The Wagner terrorist group as a structure is not currently involved in hostilities in Ukraine. This was stated by a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate (MID), Andriy Yusov, reports.

"If we are talking about the presence of Wagners in Ukraine, we mean as an organisation. The Wagner PMC terrorist organisation is not fighting in Ukraine now. And there are no plans to involve it in Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine in the near future," he said.

The MID representative added that the situation is being monitored. Yusov noted that some terrorists with combat experience, including Wagner members, are fighting against Ukraine, but it is not systematic.

Yusov noted that the Wagner movement in Belarus and tensions on the border with Poland and the Baltic states are intended also to divert aid from Ukraine
