Russia attacked central Kherson on 24 August, the head of the regional military administration has said on Telegram.
At least three people were injured, including a child, according to the Prosecutor-General's Office.
"One of the shells hit the roof of a private house in the centre of the city. So far, three civilians have been reported injured, including a young child. The information is being clarified," the Prosecutor-General's Office said.
It later clarified that the wounded was a seven-year-old girl. She has injuries to her back, arm and leg. The child was hospitalised.
