The General Staff reported on Facebook that Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 440 Russian soldiers yesterday. In total, since the beginning of full-scale invasion, Russia has lost about 278,570 troops in Ukraine.
According to General Staff, Russia's total combat losses from 24.02.22 to 01.10.23 are approximately:
- personnel - about 278,570 (+440)
- tanks - 4,702 (+11)
- armoured combat vehicles - 8,991 (+7)
- artillery systems - 6,477 (+30)
- MLRS - 798 (+2)
- air defence systems - 537 (+0)
- aircraft - 315 (+0)
- helicopters - 316 (+0)
- operational and tactical UAVs - 5,043 (+37)
- cruise missiles - 1,529 (+0)
- ships / boats - 20 (+0)
- submarines - 1 (+0)
- vehicles and tankers - 8,883 (+29)
- special equipment - 933 (+1).
