Today, at around 13:15, Russia shelled a cafe and a shop in the village of Hroza, Kupyansk District. During the shelling, the Kharkiv regional military administration has reported.
Rescuers continue to work at the scene.
"As of now, the bodies of 48 dead people, including a 6-year-old boy, have been pulled out of the rubble. Six people, including one child, were injured. Doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance. Rescue operations at the site are ongoing," the authorities said in a statement.
