Ukrainian hackers, together with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), have hacked into Alfa-Bank's 30 million customer database, sources in the SBU have told LB.ua.

The "leak" of a multi-million dollar database is yet another indication of the huge "holes" in the security systems of Russian banks.

The pranksters called the bank's owner, Mikhail Fridman, to tell him the "good news" about the hack. They also asked him if he wanted to speak out against the war in Ukraine.

For some reason, the oligarch was in a bad mood and hung up after a short conversation.

Earlier, it was reported that Russian billionaires Mikhail Fridman and Pyotr Aven are ready to sell their stakes in Alfa-Bank to avoid Western sanctions.
