The Ukrainian Armed Forces' Strategic Communications Centre reported that Ukrainian military cyber experts conducted a series of operations against institutions and companies in Russia's Krasnodar Kray and Chuvash Republic.

The websites of 13 Russian companies were defaced to show "congratulations" on the day of the Russian communications troops.

The defaced websites featured a picture of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhnyy, and the words "You have a missed call".

The targets included the portals of KAMAZ-Krasnodar, the Cheboksary water utility and the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) in the Chuvash Republic.
